Hi. I am Noel and I lead this migration group. I made it clear to everyone in our team that it is our duty to give our clients the best customer service experience that we can offer. Moving overseas is one of the hardest things that a person can do. On behalf of our team, I promise that we will be with you every step of the way.
I moved to Australia in 2004 with my parents. Unfortunately, the road coming here was not that easy. Our initial application for a skilled visa was declined. We missed a requirement that led to the refusal of the visa. With the help of a migration agent, my family was granted a permanent visa when we reapplied a couple of years later. That was our first-hand experience of the value of migration agents in visa applications.
